Smart Health is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at no additional cost to you. All six elements of the service are also available to your immediate family, including children up to the age of 21.

The very first time you book an appointment with us, we will ask for a quick and easy ID verification process, which includes uploading a picture of your driving license or passport and a selfie. This process will be completed within a couple of minutes and will not need to be repeated for any subsequent appointments.

Gathering your information:
From the moment you contact us, your Case Manager will start the process of gathering the necessary information about your case.
Review of medical records:
Any medical records and other documents you’re able to provide will be reviewed
Expert selection:
They’ll then source the most experienced international medical experts in the relevant pathology.
Case analysis:
Your Case Manager will send your case to the selected experts and maintain telephone contact in order to discuss the specifics of the case with you (and with your treating physician, if desired).

Your dedicated mental health specialist will contact you to discuss the best course of treatment for you. They may arrange sessions with you to gain a deeper understanding of what is causing your concerns, before they recommend the most suitable support strategies.

Request a consultation:
You decide how you want us to contact you (phone or email). If you’ve chosen email, complete the online form below. If you’ve chosen phone, a nutritionist will call you to discuss your needs and goals.
Getting the answers you need:
Once you’ve completed the online form and spoken to a nutritionist, you’ll be sent a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your specific requirements, which includes meal plans and menus.

Personalised 4 or 8 week programme designed by sport coaches and nutrition experts, whether you want improve your overall health or want to lose weight.
How does it work?
Complete a questionnaire before getting started:
Complete the online questionnaire to the best of your knowledge. You’ll be asked questions about your height, weight, lifestyle and goals. You’ll also be asked about any food intolerances or dietary requirements.
Obtaining a response:
Your information will be thoroughly assessed and if there are no issues from a medical point of view, you’ll be contacted to confirm you can start your programme. You’ll need to confirm when you want to start and for how long (4 or 8 weeks).
Getting started:
You’ll receive a personalised programme via email which will comprise of weekly workout routines, stretching exercises, meal plans and menus. Each week you’ll receive a follow up email.
